Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is a member-owned purchasing cooperative whose members are School Districts and Participating Entities (Cities and Counties). It is governed by a board of directors representing member institutions. Its primary function is to take advantage of the economies of scale for volume purchasing of goods and services on behalf of its members.
Competitive Benefits Administrators (CBA) is the approved Third Party Administrator of Voluntary Benefits for Cooperative Educational Services (CES) based on a successful response to the CES competitive RFP issued in 2012.
