The Retirement plans are offered by CBA as part of the CES’s Retirement and Voluntary Benefits Program. CBA partners with PlanMember to offer a comprehensive retirement program for CES member institutions.
Your ERB or PERA retirement plan is an essential part of future financial security in your retirement years; however, it is not always enough to maintain the standard you have become accustomed to during your working career. We offer a comprehensive retirement program to supplement your ERB or PERA retirement plan that will assist you in maintaining your standard of living after retirement. Our mission is to educate you about retirement through our financial literacy program. The program is designed to give you the tools to make informed decision about your supplemental retirement program. 
Our partners provide several plan options including: 403(b), 457, 401(k), 401(a), FICA 3121 Alternative and Deferred Compensation Plans. If you are already contributing to a retirement program through PlanMember, you are invited to login to your account in the PlanMember website. If you are not currently saving for retirement, contact CBA, we can assist you in enrolling in a plan that will secure your future in retirement.
